We achieved planning for a new landmark building in Cleethorpes. The scheme consists of 99 residential units along with commercial at the ground floor.

The scheme is made up of three separate buildings of 9, 11 and 13 stories utilising local materials detailed in a contemporary manner to tie it to the surroundings.
