The prospect of all that upheaval plus the countless decisions that have to be made can make it hard to know where to begin. That is why it's our mission to guide you every step of the way to make the process as seamless and pain-free as possible.

We'll even go further and say that we want your journey towards your dream home to be a pleasure. Here's a brief overview of how your architectural journey with us might look…

Our first meeting

We'll meet you at your home or at the site of your new project to find out more about you and what you want to achieve. Expect lots of questions because it's vital for us to understand how you want to live in your new space before we can start designing it for you.

We create your initial designs

Based on your requirements, we'll establish your project brief, create a variety of designs for you to choose from, and draw up your fee proposal.

We finalise your plans & seek planning permission

At this stage, we will refine your designs and create state-of-the-art CGI images to allow you to picture exactly what your new space will look like. We will also submit any necessary planning applications.

We specify the construction of your building

At this point, we're looking at the finer details of your build. We will specify materials, plan out the construction of your building, and consult with our trusted team of structural engineers.

We put your project out to tender

With the plans confirmed and materials specified, the next stage is for us to put the project out to tender. Working with trusted, local contractors, we will review their bids and make our recommendations.

Construction begins

As work starts, we will closely project manage the build, making regular site visits and liaising with the contractors and any specialist consultants such as structural engineers.

Handover Day

Once your project is complete, it will be time for you to step into your new, beautifully-designed space. Rest assured we will deal with any snagging issues, so all you'll have to do is enjoy a bright and beautiful home that really works for you and your family.
